Nigeria has a well developed human capital. This has been made posssible by the availability of many tertiary institutions whIch churn out professionals like lawyers, accountants, doctors, dentists, engineers etc on yearly basis. However, the so-called brain-drain syndrome has impacted negatively on the effect of human capital on the country's development.
The prepondrance of human resources has benefited not only Nigeria but also the neigbouring countries and the world at large.
